How can we help?
Eibhin (known to many as Bean) believes that the designers and production companies she supports have enough work to do in the front of the house without having to organise the backstage too. Therefore, her teams are dedicated to delivering a smooth and hassle-free service that gives her clients the freedom to create a truly memorable performance.
Every individual booked through Bean Backstage is either looking to gain invaluable experience to compliment their studies or progress within their chosen careers. "I pride myself on providing equal and fair opportunities for students and young professionals in an industry where it can be so difficult to get a start.
I'm proud of the connections I’ve developed across some of the most prestigious fashion higher learning institutions across the country. My model not only provides support to students, but also promotes a more effective work ethic by my teams. I believe that individuals who are shown trust and respect will work their hardest to repay that confidence; showcasing their talents and going the extra mile for my clients.
As part of my commitment to fair and equal work practices, I ensure that all students I collaborate with are compensated accordingly for their efforts. Bean Backstage is committed to ensuring that everyone in the team comes out of every project as an equal contributor."
