BECOMING A DRESSER

Being a dresser at a fashion event, or helping backstage at any event for that matter, involves mucking in and helping wherever needed. Being a real team player and supporting everyone with a positive, can do attitude is key. At Bean Backstage I only recruit the reliable, hard working and passionate individuals. Whether you are in full time education and desperate to gain valuable experience within the fashion and events industries, or if you are a recent graduate looking to connect with people in the industry, I have opportunities that will no doubt help grow your network and build up your industry experience.

SUCCESS STORY FROM A STUDENT DRESSER

"It's common knowledge that the fashion industry is a tough one to crack, so when given the opportunity to work with bean backstage at The clothes show live through my university lecturer I was excited to be able to gain some experience. From there, I've been given the opportunity to gain even more experience backstage at high profile fashion shows including London Fashion Week! This was really great as I was able to get a real glimpse into the industry I'm passionate about and want to develop a career within. Now, through Eibhin Taylor at bean backstage, I landed an internship at an amazing modelling agency in Central London and have recently been offered a job there!  A massive thank you to bean backstage for all of their help over the years!" - Sarah Ayinde
